Julie, I think if you are going to take the time to video I would have liked to have seen you do the video or show some slides as you spoke. I think the tone and delivery was good.
Julie, I think you had a great tone and steady pace throughout the video. The shaking in the video distracted me a little bit from listening to your overall message.
You held a good pace in your video. You were clear through out and your voice had the appropriate inflections as you spoke. It would have been nice to see you versus a picture, but I was more distracted by the ringing while listening.
You spoke very clearly throughout and had good tone. I agree that it would have been more effective if you had put your voice in back of a still picture (using PowerPoint or something similar) so that we could see the picture a little bigger and without the movement. Overall, very creative and well done.
The use of the picture is definitely a unique approach but, as others have noted, the shaking of the video distracted from your message. However, you maintained a good tone and a clear voice throughout the message. Good work Julie.
